Tell me a little about the graduating senior:*

What kinds of things define you right now? What consumes your time when you aren't studying? Is there a certain place you ALWAYS eat? Do you always have a QT fountain Coke in your hand? Video games? Movies? Tik Tok? Skate Boarding? Reading? Painting? Your car? Whatever it is, tell me here!! If you prefer to do a more "traditional" portrait session with great photos of you smiling and looking awesome in a pretty place in great outfits and no actual props, let me know that too!

When would you like to schedule the session for?*

Please let me know what days of the week are best, as well as time of day. Dates work great too!
***NOTE: Most children/toddlers/babies are happiest and most cooperative in the mornings. Mornings outside can be quite chilly and kids can’t hide their discomfort with the cold on their face. Anything under 60 degrees is a risk with children under 6. I am working with the best lighting from the sun and the later/warmer it gets, the harsher the light which is least advised. You know your child best but wanted to share that "expert advice" with you. For children under 6, Studio or June/September outdoor mornings are best.

How many people are going to be doing the session?*

All sessions include up to 5 people. Additional people are +$25.

I LOVE to brag about my favorite pictures! I will post them in my portfolio, website and various social media sites. I don't use full names and won't tag you unless you want me to. In the event that Photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the session, Heather Murphy will make every effort to reschedule. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.*

Heather Murphy takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed, Heather Murphy’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.*

Upon receipt of retainer, Photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, retainers are non-refundable unless inclement weather, pandemics or civil unrest prevents us from having our session and a suitable rain-date is not available. For any other circumstances, if at least 24 hours notice is given, the retainer can be used towards 1 reschedule for a future service date. Extenuating circumstances may provide exception to this rule and is up to the discretion of Photographer.*
