In the event that Photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the session, Heather Murphy will make every effort to reschedule. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.*

Heather Murphy takes the utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation, and processing the photographs. However, in the event that photographs have been lost, stolen, or destroyed, Heather Murphy’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the session.*

Upon receipt of retainer, Photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, retainers are non-refundable unless inclement weather, pandemics or civil unrest prevents us from having our session and a suitable rain-date is not available. For any other circumstances, if at least 24 hours notice is given, the retainer can be used towards 1 reschedule for a future service date. Extenuating circumstances may provide exception to this rule and is up to the discretion of Photographer.*
