Afternoon-Evening Wedding, April 6:
The little white chapel, called Fields Chapel in Canton, GA is so full of charm! The darling old chapel, built some time between 1768 and 1854, is surrounded by Canton country roads and beautiful gardens and is a great backdrop for an afternoon wedding. The couple did a “first look” before the ceremony. I really love this modern tradition. The ceremony was held indoors and was gorgeous just the same.
The reception immediately followed at Cherokee County Historical Society’s Rock Barn (a.k.a. Crescent Farm). The Rock Barn, built in 1906, has been charmingly modernized without sacrificing the architectural integrity of a race horse stable. While the building itself has a maximum occupancy of 180, tents may be set up outside on the lawn to extend the facility.
I truly enjoyed my day with Alli & Van. Everyone had an awesome time…lots of smiles and dancing going on.
Thanks to all of the wonderful vendors that made this day possible.
